What is an online reputation management?

We make every attempt to correct the negative information by getting it removed or strategically responding to it. A positive reputation helps to improve search engine results for people and companies.

Online reputation strategists devise and execute programs that improve search engine results for people and companies.

Reputation management involves the monitoring of the reputation of an individual, business or brand on the internet. We primarily focus on search engines like Google and others to remove or correct negative information. We also focus on various social media platforms such as Facebook, Linkedin Instagram, Twitter, Youtube, and more.

Since customers are constantly searching the internet for reviews online long before they visit your store or business, managing your online reviews is crucial. Due to the impact that online ratings and reviews have on a customer’s decision-making process, the way you handle these factors is a key factor in getting new customers.

It is important to respond to both positive and negative reviews. Not only will your customers read the review, but also your response to the review. It provides a platform to showcase your true brand and balances a poor review.

PPC

What type of results can I expect from PPC?

Our key performance indicators are website traffic and conversions. We will evaluate how much traffic your website receives, and how many of those people actually convert.

The amount of traffic each month varies. It depends on two factors: 1) how effective we make your campaign; and 2) what your advertising budget is. We can generate more results for you if we have more fuel in the tank.

Also, the number of conversions can vary. From our ads, we can track your conversion rate. This will allow us to gradually improve our ad campaigns based on performance data. We believe that your conversion rate will go up as a result of this.

It is important to note, however, that there are external factors that impact conversions that we are unable to control. Pricing, product quality, website design, and the market in which you compete are all included in this.

Google advertising can be expensive. You pay each time someone clicks on your ad since they use a pay-per-click model. These visitors are usually high-quality, however. It is often worth the cost of advertising to people who are looking for your goods or services.

For our clients, we recommend taking into consideration the average customer lifetime value. Determine how much you will be willing to spend to obtain one customer once you understand this. We believe that an experienced paid search manager can help boost your brand awareness while acquiring new customers at a profitable rate.

Content is not required from you. However, if you have content, we are more than happy to use it. Your PPC manager will create ads that are unique to your brand. We have access to stock photography, simple design software, and relevant news sources. If needed, we can also provide photography and videography services. We will create advertisements that engage your audience.

We will send you a questionnaire to learn about your business. After you have completed the questionnaire, we will schedule an onboarding call to discuss it and any additional questions we may have about your company. The research and strategy development process begins after we have the kickoff call.

Definitely, your PPC manager monitors your ad campaigns on a daily basis. If your ads are not performing well, we will pause them and tweak your campaign.

SEO

How much does SEO affect your business?

Every day, Google receives billions of searches. Nowadays, most people rely on search engines to find what they are looking for. The vast majority of people gather information online about products, services, people, brands, or solutions to their problems. That is evident from these numbers.

Yes! Many of these people visiting your website for the first time are using search engines as a tool of discovery. In addition to search engine traffic, you will see increased traffic from other channels as well (email, social media, etc.).

To understand all of the websites in their index, search engines consider three primary factors: authority, relevancy, and crawlability. In the world of SEO, it is all about making your website more apparent to Google so that you start ranking for the most valuable search terms for your business.

Getting your site linked to by another authoritative website in your industry is a great way to improve its authority. Your website is considered more trustworthy by Google if you have links to other websites that point back to you. Search engines consider how many backlinks you have and how trustworthy these websites are.

No, it’s not a good idea and can cause you harm if caught. Instead, focus on creating exceptional content and run link-building campaigns focused on getting relevant bloggers to link to your content.

NO! However, you can do it yourself if you have lots of time. Like any profession, you will always see better results when you get some SEO experts to help.

Did you get a random email from some SEO expert saying that your website can’t be found on the first page of Google or your website is full of errors. Express caution with spam emails. Some of these emails are from Organized Crime in India targeting businesses that don’t understand how SEO works. They target businesses that are desperate for results and are driven by saving money. That’s the recipe for getting ripped off.  Some people learn a hard lesson after sending money to start the project and never hear back. It’s a total gamble when you trust an email from a spam bot. Why not support local businesses instead.
